01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and wow 888 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, and features available on the wow 888 platform, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, roulette, e-sports, and all other game categories.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy wow 888, which also forms part of the overall agreement between you and wow 888. All such documents are considered part of this Agreement.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use wow 888 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration. wow 888 strictly prohibits any individual under the age of 18 from registering or using our platform.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion register at any betting platform participating in a shared exclusion programme.
• Not act on behalf of any third party, business, or other organisation when using your personal wow 888 account.
• Not be a wow 888 employee, an immediate family member of an employee, a business partner, or any party with a conflict of interest with the company.

03 Account Registration and Member Responsibilities

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at wow 888. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

By registering with wow 888, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Update your account information within 30 days of any changes occurring.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorised or not.
• Notify wow 888 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Wow 888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of an identity card or passport, bank statements, and proof of current address. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or closure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Wow 888 offers a range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Wow 888 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and bank transfers via FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and other FPX member banks). The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Members must complete at least one (1) deposit before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit — this is for security purposes and to prevent money laundering.
• Wow 888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000 per day.
• Withdrawal processing times: Standard members 1–24 hours, Silver to Gold members 1–12 hours, Platinum members 1–6 hours, Diamond and Legend members instant (real-time) 24/7.

05 Bonuses, Promotions and Reward Terms

Wow 888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement: Most wow 888 deposit bonuses and welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 8x and 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Specific terms are stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Validity period: Bonuses awarded must be used within the designated period (typically 7–30 calendar days). Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus withdrawal: Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met in full.
• One bonus per household: Each IP address, device, or residential address is eligible for only one welcome bonus claim. Any attempt to obtain multiple bonuses through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: During an active bonus period, the maximum stake per match or game is RM 100 unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The wow 888 Sports Betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, IPL cricket and T20 World Cup, badminton (BWF), e-sports, and hundreds of other leagues and tournaments. The following rules apply to all types of sports bets:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is considered valid and binding once confirmation is received by the wow 888 system. No cancellation is permitted after a bet has been confirmed, except in cases involving a clear technical error.
• Odds changes: All bets are settled based on the odds at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds at the time the match starts or ends.
• Match postponed or cancelled: If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its original scheduled time, or cancelled entirely, all bets on that match will be voided and full refunds issued.
• Live betting (in-play): Live bets accepted after an event's actual outcome (e.g., a goal has been scored) but before the system registers that information will be voided by wow 888.
• Incorrect odds: wow 888 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system or data error. Affected members will be notified and a full refund issued.

07 Casino Game Rules

Casino games at wow 888 include slots, Live Baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Texas Hold'em poker, and many more. All wow 888 casino games are powered by an independently certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and reliability.

• The outcome of all casino games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded.
• Loss of internet connection or technical issues on the member's end during an active game session do not entitle the member to a refund, unless the failure is attributable to wow 888's system and can be technically verified.
• Wow 888 reserves the right to void any game rounds affected by a proven technical failure on the platform's end and to refund the wagers to the member's account.
• The use of bots, automated systems, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

08 wow 888 VIP Member Programme

The wow 888 VIP Programme consists of six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Legend. Tier progression is determined by cumulative deposit and wagering amounts over a specified period.

• VIP tiers and their associated benefits are at wow 888's discretion and may be amended with reasonable notice to the member concerned.
• A downgrade may occur if a member's activity falls below the minimum threshold set for their current tier over six consecutive months.
• VIP Cashback is calculated based on net losses during the qualifying period and excludes bets placed using bonus funds.
• Exclusive benefits such as higher betting limits, instant withdrawals, and a dedicated Account Manager are available to Platinum members and above only.

09 Account Closure & Restriction

Wow 888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that:

• The member has breached any term of this Agreement;
• The member provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Members found to be engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the wow 888 platform;
• Members found to be using multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party;
• There is suspicious activity indicating system abuse or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities;
• A court or relevant authority issues an order requiring wow 888 to do so.

Members may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the wow 888 support team. Prior to closure, all valid funds in the account will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wow 888 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond wow 888's control, including internet outages, power failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters;
• Betting or game outcomes affected by internet connection issues on the member's end;
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by third-party data suppliers.

Wow 888's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the liability claim arises.

11 Responsible Gaming

Wow 888 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and not be seen as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

Self-control tools available to all wow 888 members include:

• Daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits — you can set a limit on how much you are able to deposit within a given period.
• Loss limit — you can set the maximum loss amount you are willing to bear.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — Take a break from playing for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, as you choose.
• Permanent self-exclusion — If you feel you have a gambling problem, you can permanently self-exclude from the wow 888 platform.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Wow 888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes through:

• In-platform notifications (pop-ups or notification banners);
• Email to the member's registered email address;
• WhatsApp notification (for members who have registered a WhatsApp number).

Continued use of the wow 888 platform after any amendments to the Terms & Conditions take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all valid balances before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 (Version 4.2). In the event of any discrepancy between the Malay and English versions of this document, the Malay version shall take precedence for Malaysian members.
